A Bluebell Walk In Chantry Woods

I thought it might be fun to show our two girls out on a walk last week. These photos were taken in Chantry Woods, a woodland near where we live and so a frequent haunt of ours. Angel just loves climbing trees - as far as her paws will allow her to! In this photo she was thinking about trying to climb up further but we told her no! In the other photo, Hazel and Angel are sniffing around before rushing off into the bluebells. It really was beautiful there - not only to look at the bluebells but the scent was glorious too - lovely!

Ah! Another climbing dog. My Rusty always has to get on top of whatever high point he comes across... a boulder, a tree, whatever. He just wants to be UP! Fun to see another like him.

Dogs are so funny aren't they? They're all so individual with their little special things they like. When Angel was a puppy she used to have a collection of stones, rubber dog toys and a rubber door stop. She used to put these all together on a beautiful low growing trailing flower I had in the garden. Suffice to say, I don't have the flower any more! She is now not such an avid collector but always has a small collection there. :)
